Lauren moved from Missouri to South Florida in 2013.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – International Business from Saint Louis University in 2009 and her Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2013.  While attending law school, she was selected to work at two different prestigious legal clinics, the Criminal Defense Clinic and the Mediation Clinic.  She was also a licensed mediator in Missouri.  Lauren was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2013, however, she is now a voluntarily inactive member.  After moving to Florida, she was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014.

Lauren is an experienced civil litigator who primarily represents homeowners in legal disputes with their insurance carriers. Prior to joining The Mineo Salcedo Law Firm, Lauren was Associate General Counsel to Florida’s largest homeowners’ insurance company. She also previously worked as an associate attorney for a well-known national law firm, where she represented a number of Defendants and insurance carriers throughout Florida, including many Fortune 100 companies.   It is this experience that allows Lauren to passionately advocate for and represent the interest of her clients while assisting them in obtaining insurance proceeds from their insurance carriers.

Lauren is admitted to practice in all courts within the State of Florida. She is also admitted to practice in the Southern District of Florida.
