Lynn Gambino

Lynn began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in the Broward County Public Defender’s Office. There she gained valuable trial and litigation skills representing her clients in the courtroom on a daily basis for 4 years. Lynn then spent 6 years as an Adjunct Law Professor at Nova Southeastern University’s Law School, where she enjoyed sharing her trial experience with all her students in the civil litigation clinic.

For the past 25 years, Lynn practiced insurance defense law in the following areas: Premises Liability, Automobile Litigation, Trucking Litigation, Construction Litigation, Products Liability and General Liability & Casualty. Lynn’s previous law firm is the largest insurance defense firm in the State of Florida. Lynn has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict during her time litigating in South Florida. Since joining the Mineo Salcedo firm, she enjoys protecting the rights of homeowners and ensuring they recover all the benefits afforded them through their insurance policies. In 2011, Lynn earned the highest and most distinguished AV Pre Eminent rating from her peers and from Martindale Hubbell.

As a Florida native, Lynn has an affinity for diversity and loves meeting new people and exploring different cultures and languages. Lynn’s foreign travels include more than fifty countries on six continents.
