Joseph A. Cruz attended Florida Atlantic University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He continued his education at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was on the Dean’s List for five semesters and graduated cum laude, in 2024. During law school, he was granted the CALI Excellence Award in Property, Constitutional Law II, and Florida Constitutional Law, and competed nationally for the Nova Trial Association.

Joseph serves as outside general counsel for several entities and focuses his practice on strategic guidance, risk management, and operational legal support. In addition, Joseph also focuses on business litigation, personal injury, and family law matters. Outside of practicing law, Joseph enjoys playing golf. Joseph was admitted to practice in 2024.
