Daniel R. Gross is a South Florida native. He attended Gulliver Preparatory High School and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He returned to South Florida and attended Florida International University College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Gross was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011, and since that time has practiced in the areas of insurance defense, with particular emphasis on personal injury; premises liability; vehicle negligence; commercial trucking accident defense; wrongful death, issues of coverage, bad faith, and first and third party casualty losses.
Before joining The Mineo Salcedo Law Firm, P.A., Mr. Gross has personally handled all pre-trial litigation in more than two hundred fifty (250) bodily injury litigations, first and third party property damage cases, including cases involving death and/or catastrophic injuries, as well as, several cases involving multiple parties and complex issues. He has also participated in a number of jury trials thru verdict. Mr. Gross joined The Mineo Salcedo Law Firm, P.A., in the Summer of 2015.
