Michael C. Fischetti was born and raised in South Florida. After high school, Michael attended Florida State University and graduated magna cum laude with degrees in real estate and finance. Afterwards, Michael returned to South Florida to study law at the Florida International University College of Law. While in law school, Michael was a member of the Jewish Law Student Association and participated in events geared toward helping immigrants obtain lawful citizenship. Michael also spent a semester studying abroad and learning about topics such as Women’s Rights under European Law and the history of the civil law system. When not studying, Michael spent his time exploring all of which Spain had to offer along with nearby countries such as Italy, Morocco, and Germany.

After Graduating from Florida International University in 2014, Michael obtained his Florida Bar License that very same year. Since becoming eligible to practice law, Michael has 100% focused his legal practice on representing policy holders and assignees against insurers. Michael has handled hundreds of cases in which an insurer denied or underpaid an insurance claim. Michael has participated in multiple trials through verdict, deposed fact and expert witnesses, and argued various motions on behalf of Insureds. Michael joined the Mineo Salcedo Law Firm in March 2017 with the intention of continuing to represent Insureds in need of help.
